When I hear someone say, “I gave up my place for a three hundred square foot room”, I have to smile. In addition to a balcony (the length of the room), a storage locker, a dining room for three meals a day and coffee between meals I have used over 9,710 square feet of common space (which doesn’t include the stairs and hallways).  From the fully equipped kitchen in the Recreation Room to the lively game room, residents can enjoy a variety of spaces—without the hassle of upkeep. And that’s not even counting the beautifully maintained grounds and scenic walking paths.
