The inspiration for Willamette Lutheran Retirement Community began with a group of Lutheran pastors on a local golf course who felt there was a need for a Christian community that would provide both physical and spiritual care for retired individuals. Through their dedication, diligence, and faith, Willamette Lutheran Homes came to be. Since the beginning, Willamette Lutheran has offered retirement living and care to people of all faiths.

WLRC’s Board of Directors has 12 members. These volunteer members represent various churches in our area.

A chaplain is available to serve the spiritual needs of our residents through worship services, bible studies, and individual visitation. The chaplain is also available for hospital visits, memorial services, weddings, family consultations, etc.
